I'd like to know how some of you guys get a "generator" and a "battery charger" in your tool boxes???

I make sure I've got wrenches, 1/4-3/8 & 1/2 socket sets with a few extensions, mulit-tip screwdriver, channel lock pliers, a pair of Vise-Grips, Torque wrench, air gauge, feeler gauge, extra plugs, shoe polish and a pen. I may be forgetting a couple of things but that's pretty much it for the "tool box".

Occasionally I leave the kitchen sink at home. My pit neighbors typically use more stuff out of my trailer than I do, but I like to be prepared. Maybe that's why my trailer has 1300lbs of tongue weight,lol.

I found the more I raced the less I took to the track, anything serious would put the car on the trailer anyway,,, so a case of beer would be a good thing to have, just in case or for after

- standard sockets, shallow, deep, and swivel
- standard wrenches, short, long, 5/8" offset Snap On for spark plugs, short and long KD Gear Wrenches
- 3/4" - 13/16" wheel socket
- 1/2" breaker bar
- 1/2" torque wrench
- timing light
- vacuum gauge in car not hooked up but can be in seconds
- black and color primary wire
- electrical connectors (blue butt, red butt, yellow butt, male and female blue spade, male and femal spade insulated, assorted others)
- wire crimp tool and fast stripper tool
- Blue Point/Fluke digital multi meter
- fuses assorted
- test light
- assorted braided fuel line left over and assorted new nd used fittings
- carburetor base, fuel bowl and metering block gaskets
- oil and filter
- old set of good plug wires
- extra header, oil pan, bell housing etc bolts
- brake parts cleaner
- thread dope with teflon
- "The Right Stuff"
- thread tape
- anti seize (Copper)
- rags, blue shop towels and hand cleaner
- few hammers
- few pliers
- razor blades, gasket scrapers and scotch brite pads
- generator, compressor, some air tools such as 1/2" impact, 1/4" air ratchet, blow gun, tire inflate tool
