All right guys, what was your first car you owned. Mine was a1965 Ford Falcon, that I bought when I was 14 years old. I only got to drive it a couple of times. My brother got to drive it all the time. A few months later my dad asked me if I was interested in a 1970 Torino? I had no idea what they even looked liike. But later that night my dad drove me home in my 1970 black on black, 351 cleveland, Torino GT. I was still 14, I owned two cars and could not drive either one. I just turned 40 July 12th, and I still own that 70 Torino GT. I tell my wife all the stories of cruising, and street racing all through high school. Man those were good times! I'm in the middle of restoring the old girl, and I'm looking forward to telling all new stories with it.

1989 Nissan 240sx. Cost $925 and I drove the living dog shit out of it right until I sent a rod through the side of the block. I couldnt afford a Mustang or a Camaro in decent shape at the time. Seven years later a few more Nissans later and ive finally got a Fox Body lol.

1968 Nova with a small block. It was my Dad's car for a while. I worked a couple of Summers, saving up cash. When I thought I had enough, I went and found the guy. Bought it for $1200.00....

A few years later, my father moved the family out of Houston, where I am from. The car had to stay because we didn't have a trailer. About a year later, my buddy and I rented a U-Haul and we went to go get the car. Only to find out from my Uncle, where we left the car, that my Dad had come back shorlty after we moved and sold the car for $1500....:smt093

Sad part is, the sorry SOB knew we were going to Houston to get the car. And he didn't have the guts to tell me he had sold it. He let us make a 600 mile round trip. Knowing damn well the car was gone. :smt076

1965 Ford Truck that I bought when I was 14 from some OLD guy who had it since new(this was in 1994). Fun old truck that I put in a 429 and done alot of other stuff here and there before I turned 16. I remember driving it to Wal-Mart (25 miles away) before I was 16 with my Mom to buy a toolbox for it and half way home she let me pull over and drive with my buddy by ourselves the rest of the way home. Memories....

1982 chevy truck 305 lol maybe had 100 hp, 350 turbo, 2.73 gear. My Grandad gave it to me when i was 14. I mowed a couple of summers till i saved up enough to get it painted at the vocational school... and worked food city and lowes and got a 350 crate motor. Finally finished it when i graduated school.. but was forced to sell it when I started college. I miss the heck outta that truck..
