stock style rear suspension rules are fine....as long as you drive a mustang. but what happens if you prefer a body style that came with leaf springs, or god forbid, irs??? a true back half has NO advantage over the modern mustang bolt in stuff.
IMO, a well thought out leaf spring car.....because of the way the suspension works, has just as good a setup as a Mustang for no prep. Call me crazy if you want.

Agreed, no prep is a different animal. The double frame rail 3/4 chassis can shed a couple hundred pounds mote than a true back half with stock floors and firewall. That is my issue. I personally wouldn't run a double framerail small tire car because there is zero flex and is harder to get down cleanly on no prel
