so what parts need do I need to build a t400 to live with 7-800whp? The one im rebuilding didn't have much other than clutches and a valvebody and a brake.. made it about 2k miles and 40 or so passes in the high 9's..

What failed? Here is a link to a build that may be of some use.The only change is the choice of friction plate.I would suggest a waffle clutch in the direct clutch housing and be sure to use aluminum clutch pistons.
