Have to go to a jury trial for myself tomorrow. some little punk kids were pullin holeshots out infront of my house with my niece and neighbor kids playin in the front yard and he didn't like that i followed (not chased) him and jumped in his ass about what an idiot he was. had his buddy punch him in the face and then called the cops. mind you i never even touched the kid. charges are A&B maximum penalty of 93 days in jail and a $500 fine. WTF is this world coming too. oh and the officer said there was nothing he could do unless he caught them in the act and that it would only be a problem if someones property was damaged or if someone was hit

just remember JURY TRIAL.. BEST THING EVER..

They have to convince 7 or 12 people you did something wrong.. You only have to convince 1 person that you did no wrong..Or that the little bastard had it coming.

When your ATTORNEY does jury selection be 100% sure someone is on the jury who would have done the same thing...IE: Construction worker father, Mechanic Father, etc etc etc...

Its not about who did what from here out, its about what you can convince 1 person on that jury of...
