After not being able to weld ,spitting,sputtering,welding like there was no heat.I got tired of f'ing things up.I took the trigger apart after the wire kept hanging up in it.I ended up going through everything.Took the liner out and cleaned,new tips. I even changed the outlet it was plugged into.

I think I have the heat right now and the penetration looks good. What do you guys think. This was just a piece of scrap.

Try to be more consistent in weld thickness. I know it is tough with MIG, that's why I use TIG.

Better, but there's a hole. Looks like you're getting more of one of the materials than the other(more flow from the vertical piece, not much from the other); likely the positioning angle of the electrode.

Definitely a lot better...But I still say more heat, maybe a little less wire speed too...Don't be afraid to put some eat in that bitch, I crank my MIG for most things I use it for, it welds best like that as long as you know how to control it...
