Yes they did. It was replaced under warranty and ready in less than an hour.

When you respect mine, I'll respect yours. Her glasses were expensive, my back is messed up and I had to travel almost an hour to get them repaired. I was hoping someone knew about their policies before I tried to make that trip, because if they weren't covered, I would have them fixed locally. And if I had to, I wanted to negotiate face to face instead of them just telling me no on the phone.
As it turned out, they were covered under warranty even though the way their warranty was worded was unclear at best. So it was worth the trip. With as many people as are on here, I don't know why it was such a trial for me to ask if anyone had first hand dealings with them. But apparently, I can't say anything on here anymore without it being one big joke. Add this to your list of shit that happened.
