Have them on my mustang with 5/8 studs. You will have to find somebody with a lathe to hold the hex part of nut and turn down the flange to fit inside the counterbore of the wheel center. You may need aluminum spacers depending on the length of thread on your studs. As far as doing anything to the wheel center, it's not needed. The counterbores have a flat surface.
Now for the fronts, that's another story. Just buy weld's lug nuts.. They center in the counterbore and come with washers.
