Is it a single in/out or one of the old three in/out? The bigger the better.

The smaller lines sounds like the right theory for radiator lines without a t-stat but not an intercooler. In a radiator you want the water to sit in the radiator a little longer so it has time to cool, in a intercooler you want that cool water in and out as quick as possible so it wont heat up.

I would just run the biggest possible.

Run -20 or 1-1/4" clear lines, on that pump you will kill the flow if you neck down to a smaller size,

Agree with Robert. I have some of the fittings and clear line left over from my project. Actually I have enough fittings left over to do around 10 cars! Plenty of line as well. Let me know if I can help.

Thanks,
Brian
