Got a warhawk 427 block that needs 6 new sleeves. Any one here who knows if they will have to be bored out, or just pull them out and press new ones in.. ?

Heat up block and pull them out.

Yep, they are just like the BBC Merlin Lite, use to do those years ago for marine guys that would beat them up. Just put the block in the oven and warm it to 250 and pull them out. Same process to install NEW, just helps to 'chill' the liners beforehand
