I have a friend running C25 in a N/A big CC high compression bike motor.I was looking at the VP spec sheet for this fuel and it lists the stoic AFR as 15.06 to 1. So,my question is,what would be a good target AFR for this fuel?

12.8 to 13.3 depending on timing, and other factors. I have a customer running this fuel in his Superstock car and we have it at 13.0.
I was amazed when I saw the recommended 15.0 to 1. I don't think I will try anywhere near that

stoich is not suggested perfect tuning target...lol.
stoich is 1.0 lambda
shoot for .85 to start should be safe and go from there.
the 500" stuff liked to be .88 ish. much leaner and it would start to be unhappy.

You don't mix actual air to fuel mixture amounts to what your AFR meter reads. I always like running the meter in Lambda, doesn't matter what fuel you run. You will likely run best around 13.0 to 1, .88 Lambda on the meter.
