1 cup of green onions
1 cup of radishes
1 cup of celery
soy sauce

dice very fine, till you cant cut up any smaller.
put in bowl and cover with soy sauce let sit for at least 6 hours in fridge .
serve over hot rice.
very salty but after your first bite you keep going back for more ;)
