Stud mounted rocker, BBC, 7000rpm

I was looking at PAC 1227 spring in their catalog. Pac fits the inner spring to the locator plate: .730 locater shoulder into .0731 spring. But the retainer inner is .710 fitted to the same .730 inner spring. I want to use a set of tool steel ratinners I already have that measure the same as PAC's...then I got to thinking about spring clearances. I always thought .015 was at the outside for retainer to spring clearance, in fact I thought 0.00 would be best, but that's just me.

What's the range of acceptable clearance for

1) valvespring to spring pocket or cup

2) Retainer to inside of outer spring and inner spring

3) Inner spring to spring locator

4) rocker arm to stud

anything else you might think of?
