that is a pretty vague question. myself I prefer and sale PSI & PAC springs. depends on many things, RPM, valve weight, cam profile, rocker ratio, valve lift, available installed height of the cylinders heads, your budget too. drag only? street strip?What's the best valve spring for a solid roller big block ford ?
Take your pick, Manley, Isky, PSI, PAC, .... Pretty sure PAC and PSI both make most springs and other companies put their names on it. Take your pick, there are alot of good spring companies out there that will provide a quality spring. A bad valvetrain will destroy any spring that you put on it.I'm just looking for a brand , but I had a cam ground from Howard's 276* 286* @ .050 , .744 lift 108+4 lobe separation Manley valves .
