I have a 400 sbc with an F2. I have been getting different opinions on wether I need to run a vacuum pump on my motor. I see guys both with and without so I am asking people their opinion on the matter. Do I need to run one or not? I am planning on 20 to 25 psi of boost. Thanks!!!

I don't run them on boosted applications...You should be running very high tension oil rings with lots of boost... These pumps are common with low tension oil rings in NOS and N/A motors where every last bit of power is needed......
Nitrous engines don't like low tension in them either....(oil and nitrous dont play well together)
