Thinking about some DA shocks, and maybe coil-overs for the front...I'm torn since the car already works decent, but as they say, could always be better.

SO.... Who you like ?...........street/strip car.

this place is definitely not as busy as it used to be. I hope people move away from the Facebook crap, and back to message forums like this again..
Anyway,
In front I'm using AFCO 3840F BNC with custom valving (by me) , on Aftermarket a arms, with 350lb/" tapered coil springs.
In rear, Viking crusaders 7 ¾" stroke, on custom shock mounts, Cal Tracs, and split mono springs.
Works good, [email protected] 151 on 275's

From the looks in your sig I would not think you would need too much in the way of DA shocks but if you ever plan on going faster then I feel it would be a good investment for the future.
Have it ready for a 150 shot...but with stock LS pistons that been fly-cut, I'm being a little leery.

Plus the frontend comes up a touch quick, and these Comp 3-ways (90-10 right now) are a PITA to change settings.

Also hope I can squeeze a 1.4X out of it NA

Before I added DA Afco’s to the front, I had CE’s 90/10’s, they worked pretty well. This pic is with the 90/10’s. Virgin chip seal junk asphalt and soft (3400rpm) launch. View attachment 462802
Thats what I want....lol

Maybe it's my cut stock "replacement" springs that aren't helping matters ?

I went with the ViKing coil-overs with a 350# spring.
Glass hood, LS (steel block/alum heads) set back to maybe 3/4" off the firewall, and battery in the trunk.

Comp 3-ways up front and Rancho 5-ways out back with some DIY built CalTrack copies...has worked OK, but want more.
