Anyone have any experience with them. Mine is in my truck.582, 200 shot, t-ram,2-750's, 4500 conv/ t-400, aforementioned driveshaft actually out of a '73 chy big block one ton, back into a 4.88 Dana 60 with 14x32 0n ladder bars.


My question is, how many runs at the trackte the big one. The shaft has been in the truck on the street now for over a year and is on it's third set of tires this summer. It will be foot braked only.

I had one made for my truck...same as they use for monster trucks. Heavy...but so far so good. 1.23 60' 8.90's at 3200lbs

...Did you go with a pillow block setup or a steady bearing? Was kind of debating on doing something like the above mentioned after having less than perfect results with a long alum. 1 piece...

It looks like a pillow block with give. Since I shortened the wheel base to 115 from 127 I could get by with a 1 piece...but this one is as solid as a tank.
