490-530ci Mopar Wedge still in the build process

Twin S480s

On Methanol non intercooled blow threw

What size primary and collector? I was thinking 2 1/8 or 2 1/4 with 4" necked down to 3" to my T6 flange

Would a mild steel 18 guage weld up header kit work for a first time build just to get the heap to the track?

I have 1/2 Stainless flanges for 572-13 heads already.

I have a 512" and using 2" primary/ 3"collector to turbos. go whatever size tubing fits your exhaust port (simple math will tell you cross sectional area). No reason to go to a 4" collector, thats way too big.

ya keep it 2in prim. tubes and 3in collector and 3in cross over. thats what i got on my 540 blow through t106.iff your going one big turbo

Based on how much power the motor should make, 1 7/8" primaries to perferrably 2.5" tubes to the turbo but 2.75" would work. How fast should the combo go 7.3-7.5s?

it is on Alcohol not gas.

low 8s to high 7s is my goal.

I have not researched how the fuel changes the pipe sizing but for a gas motor, for a motor intended on that power range those sizes are way overkill. On a gas motor, that could easily support 3200-3500hp

No reason to make the collectors smaller than 3-1/2". 3-1/2" is pretty close to a T-6 flange.
With Twin T-6's you may not hit the "perfect size" but go with a working size and you will be fine.
If a 2" will not cover up the exhaust port go with those in 16ga m/s and work the collector down to 3-1/2".
Leave room for you wastegates.
