32n/28f @6psi flowing pulling 11 degrees timing

30n/26f @6psi flowing pulling 8 degrees timing

How much total NITROUS is this total, and is these two good places to start with for dialing in twin foggers on a 23 degree headed SBC. What do you think of the above COMBOS for starting points, with C-16 fuel and 3932 Plugs.

448ci
4.155 bore
4.125 stroke
6.125 length rods
Dart Platinum Pro1 FULLED PORTED Heads 230cc
World Motown Intake Dominator
.745/.718 Lift(4/7 swap BBC core)
282/290 @50
112 Lobe Seperation
13.6-1 Compression Ratio
1050 Dominator Gas Carb
7000-7400 Shift Point
7500+ RPM crossing the traps
3200-3300 with driver
29.5x10.5w Racing Slicks
NO midplate
2 speed Powerglide Transmission
Trans-Brake(Yes)
Turbo Spline
1.80 low gear
10" Converter(NO 2 Step, Let BRAKE HIT Converter)
9" Ford Rearend with 40 spline axles and 4.57 GEARS
15x12 rims
Custom DIAMOND Nitrous Pistons
Coil-Overs & Ladder Bars

Please look over all of this, and tell me what potential problems you see and if this is a good place to start for my FOGGERS. Thanks. This is my cousins COMBO, this will be ran in the TEXAS AIR.

1/8 or 1/4 mile? Dont know if that gear is gonna make the 1320 with 2 guns @ 7500. I got 29s and 4.10s with a 9 inch and hit 8200 on 1 kit with a 4" stroke.I might have chosen a bigger cam, but thats just me. I think everything else looks good, should be a runner. What nitrous brand do you have, edelbrock has 32/36 @ 350 so i would think that the 28/32 is 300? my.02.

How much timing are you taking out for the 350 shot, and what do you have your fuel pressure set at?

I think I will be going with 32n/28f at 6.0psi flowing and 30n/26f at 5.5psi. i will take 10 degrees out on the first and 8 on the 2nd 1, from an initial setting of 35. this will be what i do, until i get some better suggestions.

Wow thats a big hit combined for the first time out. No way I would ever take a stab at that without starting smaller first.

Thats the same as a .044 pill. Maybe I'm just a pussy...

Thats a tall deck motor right?

yeah. tall deck motor. will get the 1st stage right, and then bring the other in and tune it with both on as opposed to tuning 1 and then the othere and trying to stack them ontop of each other. am i going about that the right way?

WOW Diamond said that piston would take that much:confused:? I don't think I would push more than a 250 shot total on that piston set up and it better be a good tune-up. I would look into a 3.73 or 3.90 rear gear those heads and that big inch motor 7,000 Rpm redline for me.

Yep, they sure did. When you pay $1555 for them, they damn sure better be able to handle that and more.

I had 4.11 gears and they did not work, needed atleast 4.30 or 4.56s. I went with the 4.56s, the 4.30s will be next, if these do not get the job done.

Both those tune ups look pretty rich and 16 degrees of timing will be too much with both of those on. I would start that first kit with less fuel pressure and pull the timing down to 18* to start and tune the first kit and get it right. That timing will be a little low, but better to start low, than saw plugs off. Get the plugs clean on the first kit and the timing dialed in, before you even consider turning that second gun on. In the mid summer Texas heat, I will bet you will need more jet spread, or the fuel pressure really low, to get the plugs clean.

My second kit has a 8 jet spread compared to a 6 jet spread in the first kit. My second kit also uses 1lb. less fuel pressure. I'm pulling 18.5 degrees from 36 with less spray than you plan on using.

Good luck.

you have a higher jet spread so you dont have to take the fuel pressure down so much, am i understanding this correct? could you of made it work with lets say a 4 jet spread but did not want to take your fuel pressure down so low?

monte was telling me to take much more out on my 1st 1, and start the fuel pressure at about 5 even. which is probably where im going to do it. this is a 23 degree headed small block. heads flow pretty well.
