If a pressurized gas such as CO2 could be injected into the exhaust track before the wheel in lieu of exhaust pressure that it could possibly jump start the spooling process in a hard to spool car. you could keep the turbo spooled by doing this, you would need a nozle to do so and aim it at the wheel. If you actually did this after the turbo was lit i believe you could use the co2 to keep the turbo wound and then by pass some of the exhaust back pressure out, inreturn creating more hp by gettin rid of back pressure. It would take some testing and also beside outlaw stuff i don't think any series will let you induce anything into the exhaust like c02.
