Hi , I have a question about converter pressures , on the trans brake it will make say 130 # of pressure then when it’s released it will show over 300# of pressure... What would cause this ?

The differential speed of the turbine and impeller in the converter act as a pump. You are seeing the result of that at the stall point of the converter and it will lessen at it reaches its coupling point.
