Just got my driveshaft shortened for a turbo 400 with a 4 link rear suspension and wanted to have 3/4" before the yoke bottomed out in the tailshaft at ride height but ended up with 1/2" instead before the yoke bottoms out as they made a mistake and made the shaft 1/4" to long.

Is 1/2" before the yoke bottoms out at ride height not enough room? My 4 link is adjusted out as far as it will go, so not much options left except to take it back for them to re-shorten it?

If you have engine travel limiters and you have checked clearance throughout the entire sweep of the suspension and you still have 1/2" then you will be fine.
