It's a pretty common setup. Enderle sells a coupler (serated inside) to attach two of the long serated shafts. You'll use that to extend from the center to the rear of the intake. At that point you'll need one more carburetor mounting bracket, and rod end to mount off of the rear carburetor to support the long shaft. Now you just move the manifold bracket from the center of your intake to the rear (you may have to modify it to fit). If you have a solid rod going from your pedal in the car to the bracket now you'll just need to shorten it. Make sure you have a good pedal stop on your car so you don't try and push the carburetors past WOT.
