we have a problem with the oilpressure in our lencodrive. Can´t get it over 25-30psi. Tried everything but something else is wrong.
Any ideas on what it could be? All suggestions are welcome
The problems started when we changed to megasplines on the input shaft.

How old is the lencodrive and did you have the valve body apart ? .
Hard to say how old it is. At least 4 years.
Yes, we have had the valve body apart and checked all the springs. They all look ok.

It launches somewhat perfekt for 1,5-2 sek and then when we hit second gear it stops pulling and we go up to 10300rpm before our driver steps of the pedal. All clutch plates in the box are ok so it is not the gears that is slipping. But a pressuregauge on the box and noticed that the oil pressure is only 25-30 on idle which is 2500rpm

You may have an old valve body which had problems with the converter regulator bypassing into pump suction due to a design error. Problem #2 could be with the calibration of the regulator which bypasses line oil and converter charge oil together. #3 could be that you have too much restriction in the stator tube if it is the late design which uses bushings. #4 clearance between the shaft and tube will not allow flow. #5 low mainline pressure #6 leaks in the stator support. #7 valve body to case leakage #8 return orifice too large.

I could go on forever with these things. Has it ever worked properly?
