We ran an A/Fuel car, I did the temp thing, mostly JUST for information.

I would also shoot the track temp down the track to where I stood to guide the car from the burnout, again, just for information, can't do a DAMN thing about it....
Some times the track temp was 135+ degrees,
what are you gonna do????

Take the reading and what are you going to do if they are more that 15* apart....?

NOTHING, like I said, it was just for our information.

Next pass is going to be way different temp anyway.

couldn't you try to base how long of a burn out to do?
