Hardcastle and McCormick car - don't know what kind it was

Black Ferarri Spyder from Miami Vice

Smokey and the Bandit Trans Am
The Hardcastle and McCormick car was a VW based kit car made to resemble a McLaren ,on the show it was called the Coyote X.
There was another kit car called the Manta Montage that was a copy of that car, my father owned one for a few years.

yes, you're right, it was a mclaren replica. i don't know where i got a 917 from...:confused:

there is a 55 here at orlando that runs tnt sometimes that has milners nightmare on windshield, pretty cool

Supposely if you go on the ''I think'' Paramount lot tour in Ca One of the Hardcastle and McCormick coyotes is sitting on a back lot and is visable while riding the tour tram.
