Titanium valves come with or without steel tips as per order,we order all our titanium valves with the steel inserts and will use a lash cap if necessary to fine tune geometry.Bill C.
as far as I know,...STEALTH tech. has a line of valves that they specially hard metal spray the tips so that you do not have to use a lash cap/wear cap...unless you need it for a better geometry or wear path width with a lots of lift....
