My front tires are...

Mickey Thompson Sportsman Front Tire
26'' x 7.5'' - 15''LT
8-Ply Rating
4-Ply Tread / 4-Ply Sidewall

They are in excellent shape and spend more time sitting than rolling.Think about replacing them because of the age. I bought them new in 1995 that is 18yr old ...I only race once a year.

I run the 27's in the front and have run the 29x11's....both good tires.....only problem I had with the rears is they are a soft sidewall tire and you will kill the sidewalls well before you wear out the tread...I had to go to a much stiffer tire on mine...

Thank good to know I will stick with the MT #3062w tire I have now. Unless you know of a tire with a stiffer sidewalls. My 3062w have lots of thread but the sidewalls are dead. I was told the Hoosier front tires are much lighter than the M/T.That is my reason for going with them.
