Hey guys. I was here years ago, but life got in the way. When i came back a couple of months ago, I was confused about the new layout but it seems to make sense now.

I was originally here back in the late 2000s when I had a 75 nova with a basic 355 be and my dad put together. It's long gone, but I just came across a really solid 66 Belvedere from a friend of my uncle from his church.

The plan is to just get this thing running and cruise it and fix it as it breaks. I dont want to get caught up in a huge project.

No, I don't wear flat bills and listen to rap loudly... Not a "5.0 bro" just old body guy who likes row gears.
Outstanding! Take care. Tom Worthington

Hey all, lurked this site for a long time but never registered.. got away from the car scene a little bit but now I'm back with some track videos to post if any of the racers/spectators are interested in catching anything they missed. I'm out of NJ so I usually go to Cecil or Atco.

Isaac here, been lurking for a while but decided it was time to lurk officially with an account.

I have a 1977 Camaro BBC/TH400/12 bolt street/strip car that we bought as a "good deal" off of CL and that's been the ongoing project as of late.
Also have a 1970 Camaro that is just a shell and needs literally EVERYTHING, keep going back and forth on making it an 8.50 car or a stick shift cruiser, or a stick shift 8.50 car if I really wanna throw money away LOL.

Oh and I'm a college kid so whatever comes to mind when you thing of the term 'college kid budget' is exactly what I've got to work with, but hey its no fun having a shop build you a $100k racecar when you could do it yourself in your cramped little garage, right? Haha

Hey all I have been lurking for about a year and thought I would throw my hat in the ring. I have owned My 92 notch since 94 and had some fun with it over the years at local cruises out here in Nor Cal and test and tune 1/4 mile events. Started at 14.9 and knocked 4 seconds off with a stick block HCI and baby vortech S trim. Been out of the game for 10!years on family duty but getting busy to get this beast back in the streets.......

Hey all. I am new to the board. My name is Danny but ppl call me Soda.My hot rod outside Ive been working on for over 10 years now (where did the time go????) is a 65 chevy C10, 355 sbc, (350 cid w/.030 over bore) twin 63mm turbos, air to air cooler, 850 CSU blow thru carb, TH-400 trans, B&M mega shifter, trans brake (soon) on a full frame and a weak ass 12 bolt rearend Its making about 700+ Hp on about 15#'s of boost (Iv'e gotta get a 9" and ladder bars or 4 link and a cage now that it comes to mind lol) 120 octane fuel to keep it out of detonation. I sure do wish this damn build would end already. I've been on it for WAY longer than I wanted to and put more cash than I like to think about not to mention working in a parking space in front of the house (while ducking the management's rule of no working on your cars crap) DAMNIT I need a garage! You know tho, If I could do it all over again, I would have bought one done, or went with a 5.3 or a 6.0 LS based turbo motor and spray it with as much NOS or methanol as it could take.make well over a 1000 Hp, Blow the mootha flooka up and build another one for about $5-$600 out of the junk yard and continue lol. Ahhhh, hind sight is a real some bitch sometimes aint it.
I sim race and work on my truck mostly and play Pro series drag racing in the mornings when I have a tall cup of coffee and what not.

Barking up the wrong tree. Honestly I’m surprised u think Furgal can communicate on a level that I have and I don’t use 10 unnecessary commas and make elementary school grammar errors. Is this site that screwed up that u assume every new guy is Furgal? Will get around to posting some pics soon but Until then I guess u will just have to wonder!

New here from Southeast Texas. I joined some time back, but never posted. I was really into rock buggies, but have since moved back over to street cars and trucks. Mainly B-Body Mopars and Ls stuff.
