Was the showing at VMP the final nail in the coffin??? (5 entries) or are we in a wait and see period for whats going to happen next year.??? And no (for anyone who ask) I do not own a 10.5 car, can't dream of owning one but as a fan it looks official the class is done. Radials have taken over???

Most cars don't have 3.70 potential in Outlaw 10.5 so as it gets quicker and quicker on a radial the car counts will suffer. It really needs to be a mid 3.80 class at best but it's extremely hard to slow cars down.

most regular pro mods are 3.70's and they want 10.5 cars to run 3.80's...

Maybe its time to resurrect ODR for radial tire only cars and outlaw 10.5 for slick tire only cars. Or is it too late for either ?

The Pdra deal is cool as hell, but tough for small teams. Maybe cool for once a year but IMO multiple races is too much for 10.5 teams

Most 10.5 teams are small. It's hard to go to multiple long drawn out races. IMO. Also PDRA ain't cheap, 400 bucks to test on a Thursday is a lot. You had Yellowbullet, shakedown, and then PDRA all within a few weeks really. Plus Orlando coming up. I think the schedule is just too watered down.

In my opinion

100 Percent Correct.

Outlaw 10.5 needs 6-8 races MAX

YB
Shakedown
Orlando
PDRA - two races
Cecil - three races
