Does anyone know who makes the transbrake with this valve? We are trying to find install instructions for it because the valve appears to be too long. It came out of another 400 that we had

If you are mixing it and matching, you may have the wrong solenoid. Different travels for different valves.

Everything came out of a different th400 and was working together as a unit. The way the valve is it looks like it does not change any of the fluid passages as it is engaged

Post a pic of the valve in both positions. It may be a Trans-King or ******* valve, the valving is different on those that what you may be accustomed to.

The transbuilder said that it wouldnt change the fluid passages if it was engaged or disengaged. I am trying to find directions to either to see if there is anything that needs to be modified

How can that valve move in and out of the bore by .200" and not redirect transmission fluid?
