Post all of your values for the required parameters displayed on the software screen shot below. They have the white background boxes. With this software in AutoCalc mode, it will calculate your ports allowable mean and max velocity capability, then make all design decisions and give you instructions to follow if your assistance is needed.

We will model your engines in AutoCalc, and display a screen shot of the results. VE%, Max Design FPS and Curtain Adjust values are not required.

These are the results made in autocalc. I would have a couple of questions. The first being, does your ports continue to hold their flow to .850" lift and how much valvetrain deflection does your valve train have?

I have a 572 ci Ford. Here are the specs I know

The engine model shows that your intake port flow and velocity capability is excellent for the valve diameter size. But, is not proportional to the needs of the cylinder at 6500 RPM.
To raise the mean velocity to the ports capability we have put the throat velocity well into choke for many degrees of the intake cycle.

A 2.300 valve with 93% throat diameter percentage would better suit this combination.

For your information, this is the autocalced results. You can see the maximum throat velocity is much lower than the 800+ on the other model. But the mean port velocity is very slow when compared to your ports capability of approximately 350 fps. And mean port velocity is directly related to the VE%.

This was straight forward in design and is using most of the ports velocity capabilities, but not all. I didn't add the Nitrous, but will send you another screen shot with a 100hp shot.

do you sell cams?
Not anymore, I've spent the past 5 years working on this software that designs the cams, generates the profiles and saves them to a file that can be read by a CNC grinder. So, you or anyone else can have your specific cams ground. Howards Cams is one company that will grind them.

This is a good one. The ports are capable of creating the Potential VE% (circled ), so we designed for the Potential VE% by selecting the Potential button (circled).
