What seals do you guys recommend on the pump and center support.Just wondering my buddy has his T400 apart and it has split teflon seals in it and it's going into a drag car.

Those are the right rings to use. Some asshole on here started talking nonsence about cast rings , its all bullshit , pay no attention to it.

Use nothing but scarf cut teflon type sealing rings in any trans. weather its performance or stock..
