That's pretty cheap. They're milspec grade pins, so if you can't be picky on price. It's cheap compared to tossing the blower off the car.....

oh i agree on the blower but i need them quick. I tried fastenal and all local people i could think of. Any local chains?

The ultra-lowbuck solution is Grade 8 bolts. Drill a hole near the end of the threads for a hairpin cotter like this:
