Have Dart Iron Eagles on my sons street car now. We have to run race gas and we are doing a revamp. It is a 358, made alittle over 600 on race gas, we are headed to pump gas now, Want a 2.08 valve head, what is gonna be our best choice for a Aluminum head. I know Brodix has a few nice ones now, any other ones meet the criteria.....

I flowed one just today and the quality is excellent. Ideal for a .650 lift street application. I have number off my bench if your interested.

Of course I'm a big RHS and Pro-Filer fan, but the AFR for street is a nice piece.

Agree, dont know on power but quality is there

Here are some pics of our Race Ready versions (Race Ready meaning std CNC Port they use which is very nice quality CNC and race valves, we upgraded to TI retainers and PAC 1225 springs) and the heads are milled to 61cc

AFRs competition porting seen below is so fine it is almost like its polished but its not, you can clearly see all CNC marks

Sure was nice of AFR to give you those heads for your "track test". When are you ever going to do your back to back head testing at the track??? I am really looking forward to the results. Can you tell us a little more about the car you will be using to do the testing??? Is this it???

My vote is for the TFS 215 23 degree head. Call TEA and have them valve job, bowl blend, and a knock down port job ( sanding roll work only). Used to get 315/260 outta that head doing that to them.

Actually it was his buddy Nate that blew the engine up! He used to drive the blue camaro and then put the engine Butch built him into his new dragster. BTW i'm still waiting to hear the pop when you finally pull your head out of your azz and get your first breath of fresh air!
