i am running a 572 bigchief headed engine switching to alchol what plug should i use has a autolite ar3932 now .

Thats equal to a NGK R5671A-10 which should be ok. You can also try 1 heat range hotter,, NGK R5671A-9 or AR3933. Start with a plug gap of .025 unless your running a mag.
I like NGK plugs as I find them easier to read the ground strap and get the timing where the motor is happy...

thanks the timming is another issue. where to start
On a conventional headed motor I like to start @ 34 BTDC, but with 18 Big Chief heads I would drop down to 28 BTDC and if we are talking 14 degs maybe a tad less. Use NGK plugs and read the ground strap.
One other suggestion, I have 20+ years of methanol and 15+ years MFI experience, make sure the MFI system your running has been flow tested. It will save you a ton of headache.

i got it from inderle running dual 5 inch bowls the heads are 15 degree i beleive i have the timming on 35 now all help is much apreciated all new to me thanks
