What is needed to be done for suspension? More rebound in the shocks? Less compression? More weight transfer?

most likely not much. I run a bigger tire but when I changed from bias to radial I didn't have to change anything in the suspension. I started with the same air pressure in the radial as the bias at first and then worked my way up. my car picked up 0.13 on the change from bias to radial.

From what I've seen it depends on how fast you go. Maybe nothing, or you may have to tighten up front shocks to slow it down so you don't turn lifting the wheels into standing on the bumper.

It depends a lot on your power level. The higher the power level the more adjustments will probably need to be made.
