Just installed a hose reel in my enclosed, but it will only hold 25' of standard o.d. air hose. I need 40' or so to reach everything I need to reach, does anyone know where I can get my hands on a smaller o.d. air hose? Won't be running tools or anything, just checking tire pressure, etc.

Damn, that should read SMALL o.d. air hose.

Fuck the hose real....just plumb the trailer with air and install a couple 'taps' in convenient locations (back and front inside and one outside). Then get a coil type hose to plug into the taps where ever you need it. No sense in dragging 40ft of hose all over the place. But to answer your question, last time I was at Lowe's they had a really small O.D. 50' hose.

Is the real set-up with the more comon 3/8 ID size? If so, 1/4 ID is fairly comon as well, and would probably net you the extra length you're looking for.

the problem is going to be the spring in the real. you can go with a smaller hose but you many have to back off the spring so it does not break.
