I did some searches but it came up with very irrelevant threads unfortunately.

The car is a mild 496 BBC, TH400 with a 3k converter, and 3:73 gears on 28 inch tires.

Thinking I'm going to order the NOS Cheater kit and run a ~150 shot.

What fuel pressure safety switch and window switch would you recommend?

Figured I'd use this with my Quickfuel 1050 for a WOT switch.

I'll probably add some questions over time to this thread, sorry for having to ask such basic questions.

These are the items I use.

You may have some guys tell you not to use the Fuel pressure safety switch because
they have had problems with the NOS turning on and off down track.

But I have never had any of these issue.

Good luck with your car, it looks like a nice ride
Thank you, very much appreciated. Without the fuel pressure safety though, if the fuel pump cut out for one reason or another.. Wouldn't that guarantee going very lean while still spraying nitrous? I know lean is mean, but that makes me cringe

Right on.
Personally I never liked the idea of the Nitrous staying on if there was a problem with my fuel system- that's why I run one.:)
