I believe that the mindset is the same.... so YES.
I consider the idea that the same type of person would do both things.
There is no benefit to the person posting the play by play info without a spoiler alert or keying the car - other than to piss other people off simply because they can.
I have to imagine that the same type of person would torture a small defenseless animal or other person if they thought they could get away with it.
Same mindset, differing levels of application.
