1 LB. shrimp, tail off, peeled and deveined
1 LB. jar of alfredo sauce ( or for that matter you could use cheese sauce, or creamy parmesan and roasted garlic sauce)
2 large bell peppers roasted (or you can buy a jar of roasted peppers. I usually roast mine myself. Any color pepper will do), diced
1 LB penne noodles (or angel hair, or rotini, or fettucini, or even standard spaghetti noodles, it's your choice)

Cook Pasta as directed on box (usually 5-7 minutes or until al dente). Drain.

Put peppers in alfredo sauce and make sauce as directed on jar. The longer you have the peppers in the sauce, the more their flavor and sweetness will develop. You can also make your own alfredo sauce from scratch, but I usually don't have time to, that is why I use the jar sauce.

Cook shrimp in boiling water for three minutes or until pink in color. Drain.

Combine pasta and shrimp then pour sauce over mixture. Mix all ingredients together well and serve.
