I work with a good crowd of people here at Baileigh. In the past though, I have worked with some real *#&* holes. Devious, snaky people who will black-ball, frame people, set people up to fail. I hated it.

So What is it that co workers do or leave you with That you guys find Totally unacceptable.

I work with some great people but man some of them are slobs. Shit ON not under the toilet seat, even on the floor. One dude cleaned his shoes ala Kramer by putting his foot up to the spigot on the water cooler.

The one that takes the cake though is the dumpster diver who only showers and changes clothes once a week. Everything he wears and some things he eats comes straight out of "the bin." He has eaten scallops he found in the dumpster IN AUGUST (warmed them up in the microwave here too - the smell was unbelieveable), a 1/2 eaten turkey he found in the trash after T'giving and all kinds of other shit. The worst part is that he brings this shit in and leaves it the lunchroom for other people to take. It's great walking past a pile of his garbage when you're headed to eat your lunch. The guy's a fucking fruitcake, he's got over $2 million in the bank and he eats trash.

One of my biggest pet peve's as well. But, as a manager I will say it is your responsibility to nip that shit in the bud and don't tolerate any pass the buck excuses. The expectations start with you.

I think her sister sits in the cube beside me. I'm supposed to "coach" her. (I'm not her boss) She's been with the company for 3 years and looks at me like a deer in headlights when I ask her about a project she worked on a couple of months ago. No retention whatsoever.
It's time to drop the dead weight but no one has the balls.

All the reasons mentioned above, people in the work place sicken me. 4 years ago I got a job managing a 100 acre private estate for a self made multi millionare. I'm on the self start program, work by myself and can honestly tell all you people I have never been so relaxed in all my life. Took me 27 years to get to this point and hope I never have to take a job that entails being around other people again, most of them suck.
