Assuming I should bolt down to a pallet and send that way.

Gonna be a SBF so somewhere in the range of 350-425lbs without the pallet.

Usually fedex ground is pretty cheap I think I forget what it's called fedex something goes just by truck and is pretty cheap also.

The last one I did like this I made a crate with a cradle for the short block. I wrapped the short block and heads separate. In the crate was short block, heads, intake, headers and a procharger set up. It all made it just fine. The thing I like best about crates is you know it aint gonna fall off and someone cant mess with it with out opening the crate. It's a little more work and cost but well worth it.

I have no problem making it secure just didnt know if it was going to require a lift gate or forklift being as I dont have one to load the pallet or crate. Just looking at options. I would prefer to keep the heads off and just bolted down next to the motor so the height isn't a factor.
