have a msd setup and a ati balancer the cranktrigger wheel doesnt fit just rite to the balancer do u have to mill the lip to get it to set rite

Sounds like the balancer has been hammered on? If so, file it down until the trigger wheel fits. You might inside file or grind the trigger wheel some too. Sounds like you'll just have to make it fit. Ultimately the trigger wheel must be stable and not have "runout" or it will affect your individual cylinder timing (meaning the sensor distance to the magnets needs to be very closely spaced & consistent as the trigger wheel rotates.)

i would suggest getting a caliper and taking some measurements before modifying anything.
