Dart's 220 RR heads are nice and I think they would do you well.

The head or casting you use will play effect on valve size, but 2.125-2.150" would be the range for most. 2.80-3.25"sq.in, The cam will need to be in the .800-.875"+ range.

Just depends on a lot of factors.

Goals?
Car set up?

My RR All Pros have a 246ish intake runner. Not sure exact size, poured them a year ago. I bought them bare and had them done for a 414, shift at 8000, go through at 8200ish.

I have a dart intake for use with a tall deck block (9.300) just to give an idea it has been welded around the carb flange and was ported thru the original material and into the weld
