its on a 406 23 degree nitrous only combo sprayin about 300 on a plate system,it has an 850 with annular boosters right now on a team g stock intake im looking to put a better intake on it and dont know if a dominator would be better or not right now it has a old set of canfield heads on it and its a 13.1 motor with a nitrous roller cam. thanks

I have a 436 fulton sbc with a 4150 intake with a 4150 1000cfm. Been 5.87 on motor 5.10 on a 250 shot. Shift at 8000. People always point at it and say it looks so small. But it works. When i called fulton about putting a dominator on it he said He wouldn't waste the money.

411 ci, 23degree track 1s, dart block, 4150 intake and had a biggs 850 carb! Spray 300 on plate system and went 5.40s all day at 125-126!Had a dominator on the shelf with an adapter flange, put it on and consistant low 5.30s at 127-128! 60ft is about the same 1.17-1.18!

Since it's a nitrous application....I'm gonna say it would benefit from using a 4500.

A nitrous car might like the dominator....just depends. Every combo is different.

Ya to be honest, I loved the little 4150 sitting on top of the motor! Whenever I pull the hood off its awesome to hear what people have to say lol! But from a performance aspect, it will definatley not be going back on!I would not have bought a brand new carb, but had a dominator from another motor and someone give me an adapter plate so I thought it was worth a try! Personally, i wouldnt spend 1200 on a new setup for a tenth, but if you can find a good used one, about 400-500 I think its def worth it!

If I knew forsure I would pick up a tenth and 2 mph I would put a dominator on. I think the 850 might have hurt you more then the 4150 flange. I know the distribution gets better with the 4500 intake and carb combo

What does cutting the clover out do? Is it for a smoother transition for the fuel and NOS.

Yes you dont want the clover covering passages on the spray bars.
