Another double feature tonight.

First up......1957 Teenage Thunder. A story of a kids desire to street race and not have his father find out.


and the, from 1947......The Devil on Wheels. A tale of the consequences of reckless driving.

Tonight's feature, starring Jan Michael Vincent and George Peppard. A futuristic tale of a road trip across country after the Apocalypse hits.......it's Damnation Alley.

Tonight we open with a short public service film from Coca-Cola about driver and vehicle safety.......comparing street driving to track driving.


And for tonight's feature......from DiamondP Motorsports......it's Funny Car Summer. Follow Big Jim Dunn and family as they face all the problems that plague every racer. This is 70's funny car racing at it's finest!

For tonight, let's open with a PSA style short film from 1953 about hot rods and street racing. "The Cool Hotrod" is a great look back at the early days.


And for the feature film, we have Mickey Rooney in the 1949 movie, The Big Wheel. A tale of a young Indy racer with a family history, trying to make the big time.

Tonight let's go with a longer movie.....almost 3 hours. The 1966 classic, starring James Garner and Eva Marie Saint.......it's "Gran Prix" .

Comedy night. Kind of a mash up between Cannonball and the Bandit movies. the 1989 comedy Speed Zone. Look for a bunch of familiar faces.
