Mine has a 8.5 10-bolt, glide, and sbc It weigh's 2865 with 10 gallons of fuel and my 180lbs in the seat. Not tubbed but I did narrow the rear frame and added some weight boxing all the frame in from the rear cab mounts back.
1985 short wb. Iron headed single 4 bbl. sbc with TH 350. All steel including hood. Factory glass,bench seat, all carpet and door panels. No cage, narrowed heavy duty 9' with aluminum center section. Weld alumastars all around. M/T sportsman tires on all 4 corners; 15x3.5 front (26 x 7.5), 15x15 rear (29.5 x 18.5). Boxed and narrowed stock frame. 10 gal aluminum cell (full).
87 std cab and bed, gutted like hell all steel but hood and bumpers, all glass but rear, 9" sbc glide 29.5x10.5's. 2640 with driver and mufflers with alum heads. O yea its an old E-Z street ride so it had some $$ sunk into making it light. Full interior too and a pass seat.
I havent got to weigh mine. Anyone have a guess on this? 82 short bed. Aluminum headed sbc with glide. Narrowed with a 9. Full cage. Fiberglass front clip, hood, and doors with Lexan except windsheild. Small cell probably around a 3 to 5 gal. 15x12 double bead locks. One kirkey, one nitrous bottle, and a c02 bottle for the chute launcher.
Mg old reg cab short bed, heater core, sway bar, stock tank, non essential wiring, all deleted. Had iron headed sbc, 350 turbo trans, full interior. Weight 2720 without me in it. Blazer i have now has same motor w/ glide and 9". Weights 3000 without me and the back seat.
2352 with me in it. mild steel ex topsportsman truck from way back with an all aluminum lsmotor and a glide, dana 60 rearend. if it had a new front end on it it would be below 2300. the front end is a good 150#
