I run a 350 hp fogger on my 588"bbc.The new converter we tried flashes to 3800 w/no spray. We set the trans brake rpm to 3600 and nos on rpm to 4000.Full nos all at once. The car went 7.0's!Great ride but is the rpm to low for that much spray? Will it hurt the crank?Without the spray the cars a turd.N/A the converter is 5600.Thanks.

i dont think it is too low. it will put extra stress on your crank but if you have a good bottom end i dont think you would have a problem. I have a motor converter that flashes to 4600. on spray i have the brake set to 3700 and nitrous kick on at 3900 never had any problem with it. the only think is i was shooting it with 225 at once and from a bigshot plate.

Not too low at all. That size motor at that RPM with that shot should swallow it all easily. The only reason not to do it at that rpm would be if you have traction issues.
