1968 riots.......assassination of MLK Jr.
Riots in more then 60 US Cities which got majorly ugly.

Nothing came close because the majority of those you will name only involved 1 city.
This was during the evolution of society from segregation to inclusion all at the same time.
So it wasn't just a simple small thing......this was huge.

Those out there now are mostly there for the excitement and the 'thrill of the chase'. Last I heard, there were about 500 cops, 200 members of the media and about 100 protesters, about 90 of which were trying to run the Illinois hooligans out of town and get everybody to do just what you suggested, go home.

Some major-league cluster fucking going on in Ferguson, Missouri.
